From The Essence of Self-Realization - The Wisdom of Paramhansa Yogananda by Swami Kriyananda (paraphrased)
The Law of Karma and the Law of Reincarnation would be incomplete without the other. One lifetime is not enough to close the circle of countless acts that are initiated during a person's sojourn on earth. The universe does not care whether you believe in karma or reincarnation, just as it does not care whether you believe in gravity or the laws of quantum physics. The cosmos would be a chaotic place if its laws could not operate without the sanction of human belief.

To paraphrase an ancient Zen saying, "When the pupil is ready, the guru will appear." What prepared this pupil to be ready to meet his guru were the teachings of Deepak Copra and Wayne Dyer. I thank them both deeply and eternally.
