We are all inseparable parts of the One Consciousness and our natural state is perfection, bliss, happiness, unlimited abundance, perfect health, peace and security. "There has never been a time when you and I ...gathered here have not existed, nor will there be such a time when we will cease to exist." Bhagavad Gita
Our natural states of perfection cannot be diminished in any way. However, in order to exercise the gift of free will, we have been given the ability to dream the experience of change. In the process of experiencing, we developed likes and dislikes, we became enamored and attached to certain change. Pretty soon our soul became "ego". Ego is nothing more than the unlimited, perfect soul being deluded into thinking that it is the limited physical body, separate from the Infinite Consciousness and separate from all other little selves. How absurd! How could a part of the One Infinite Consciousness be separate from Consciousness?
Although all circumstances and events are really neutral, the ego delusion assigns to them labels and judgements of likes and dislikes. The ego struggles to surround itself with its perceived likes with an insatiable appetite. In the process of this attachment to things, the ego is willing to do anything, even at the expense of others.
Only in this dream state of ego-delusion and ego-separatism can we be deluded into thinking we are less than perfect; less than abundant; less than peace and happiness. The only way to rid ourselves of this delusion is simply to wake up to the reality of our perfection as inseparable parts of all that is, inseparable parts of the Infinite Cosmic Consciousness.
Using the scientific methods of the ancient wisdom of yoga meditation is the way to wake up. By shutting out the distractions of this dream world, you can concentrate on your true nature as one with God. This is what Christ meant when he said: "…you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you”. John 14:20, and "...then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32.
In other words, when you wake up from delusion, you will know the truth that:
- you are ageless and eternal
- you live in timelessness
- you live in unlimited abundance
- you were created before the galaxies were formed
- you are one with your Father/Mother, the Infinite Cosmic Consciousness.
