Kellie received her RYT 200 in 2008 from KC Fitness Link, which is in the lineage of the White Lotus Foundation.
Kellie’s yoga philosophy is living beyond asana (poses). She has been able to integrate yoga philosophy with personal coaching and training in a business setting over the last 9 years as well as teaching yoga classes.
Kellie’s favorite things about yoga are the noticeable and palpable side effects that one experiences after practicing. One does not have to be a seasoned practitioner to feel the positive impact yoga has on life.
Kellie’s teaching method helps maintain a body in a rest-and-reset state rather than putting it into fight-or-flight. When the body feels safe within movement, it leaves an opportunity for union of the mind, body, and soul.
